9500np softmod drivers for 2.5.90 problem

Well My problem is, in the past I installed omegas drivers and they would say omega etc 9500/9700 softmod drivers in display properties or something similar. this time it says omega 9500 2.5.90 with a secondary display driver under it saying secondary(omega 9500 2.5.90).I haven't noticed that before that 2 sets of drivers being loaded, but i have noticed that the latest drivers dropped my 3dmark enough to make me think that the soft mod drivers never were loaded during install and just the regular were. Could anyone help me out as to why the problem with these betas has occurred or if their should be a mention of softmod in dispaly properties if the appropriate driver was loaded? Is their supposed to be a secondary driver? if so what is its purpose?I Did the usual un-install before loading new drivers.

the softmod usually just increases fillrate tests ONLY.

try to use driver cleaner (link in my signature, READ the directions)... and see if that helps.
