Omega 4.10b and IL2 Forgotten Battles

hi all
il2fb is an openGL game and concidered the best flightsim by many.
the openGL allways had issues with the ATI drivers , just seems to be neglected relative to d3d games.
anyway with the new omegas 4.10beta im gettinf wierd graphic glitches when game video options are all set to "perfect"
here are some examples:
skin became white and prop artifacts.

again prop artifacts and cockpit pannel glitch

white areas in cockpit glitch

btw the problem went away once i extracted an older ogl driver into the il2fb folder so the game doesnt use the ogl driver from the ATI driver but from the one in the games folder "atioglxx.dll" this shows clearly that there is something wrong with the ogl driver withing 4.10
