Refresh Rate Fix?

I can't get my display running more than 60hz and it supports 75hz.
I went to display settings and put it to 75hz still the "ati displays" shows
60hz. I'm using Hyundai ImageQuest Q17 12ms display in DVI mode.
Even Reforce didn't work, just f'ck up my driver settings. Could it be cuz of DVI? (using catalyst 4.12 beta)

Acrimony is on a distinguished road

If you're using the standard Control Panel, then go to the Displays section and click your montitor. See what it says your maximum refresh rate is. Sometimes it doesn't detect teh DDC info properly.

-edit-

NVM, I'm not sure why I didnt see this in your inital post, sorry.

I believe this is a bug in Windows...

Go to your ATI control panel (display settings -> settings tab -> advanced button) and click the "displays" tab... click the button/word monitor (right above your current display settings) and try to fool around with the settings in there... forcing the refresh rate from in there always seems to work for me!

Usually the display control panel will work in the catalyst control panel. Alternately, you could try powerstrip to see if it will work.
