CCC and RefreshRate
i cant change refresh rate of my monitor to anything beyond 60Hz. It only happens when tv is connected. Reported max resolution is correct but refresh rate is set at 60Hz, changing it wont work, still 60. when i unplug tv evrythings fine (using newest cat 4.12 and ccc). is there any way to do this or this is bug and i have to stay with control panel ?

I had the same problem but even with the TV unplugged. Installed the control panel instead of the control center and everything works fine... probably a bug.

The TV has to be 60hz due to it being NTSC but this also locks the Hz of any other monitors connected at the same time
Its either a bug or limitation of the hardware, most likely a limitation of the hardware

However, the TV-out ends up being generated by one of those two RAMDACs as well, which means that any monitor attached to the same chip will receive the same refresh that the TV-out is getting. Whoever it was asking the original question might be able to enable dual-display mode and see whether you can change the refresh rate of the other display, and/or try switching which connector you use (stick a DVI-to-VGA dongle on if need be)... -- -Chuck
