Error on CS:S Video Stress Test!

I downloaded and installed the new 4.12 Cats and now whenever I run the Video Stress Test, those 4 tablets with textures on them are replaced by big red spinning "Errors"! Anyone know whats causing this?

I just switched back to Omega 4.12 betas and the same problem. Can anyone help me out?

It's caused by a recent steam update. Everyone has it, and it's not related to drivers, so don't worry about it.
