problem with wdm capture and omegas

i have installed wdm capture drivers after installing latest omegas and ive noticed a problem.

opening media player classic and watching a 350mb.dvdrip.ac3 causes the pc to enter into a sound loop and freeze.

problem is definitely the captures or omegas.

have tried last 2 omegas and last 2 wdm capture drivers.

dont want to go back to ati drivers so i was wondering whether i would lose any features or performance by not installing the wdm captures?

specs:

p4 3.0 at 3.4
ic7
1gb ram
x800 vivo softmodded to xtpe
win xp/sp2/latest updates
audigy2

well, ive installed the latest official drivers and they work fine.

so must be some sort of conflict between the omegas and the wdms.
