Mobility Radeon X800 Drivers

Does anybody know what lines I need to add in order to manually mod the new 5.1 drivers to work with my X800? I'm getting my new laptop tommorrow and I doubt patje will help me out by then. Thanks!

Why not use omega drivers for the time being? Personal perference perhaps?

because i used to have the mobility 9700 and i used the omegas for a while and they caused nothing but problems. the only drivers that ever worked well for me were the official cats.

Ah, IC. I'm not savvy(sp?) enough to tell you which lines to edit so the only suggestion I could make to you right now is to stick with the OEM drivers until the mobility modder supports the X800 serious. If you're in a pinch to upgrade, there are other drivers other than omega the like zeropoint drivers.

There's a possibility for you to use your orginal OEM inf file with regular Catalyst... You should try this out...
