go for omega 4.12 or go for omega 5.1 or cat 5.2?

which will have a better impact with my rig?

amd 2600+ barton @ 2.21ghz
1280mb pc 3200 ram
9800pro stock (till my vga silencer arrives)

If you don't like the CCC go with Omega's- That's what I do.. But I think you should try both. Just use drivercleaner before install (in safe mode) to make sure you get a clean install.

Drivers based off 4.12 are still the best recent drivers to date, in terms of performance/stability ratio.

if u care about bug fixes and inprovment in games , and not 3dmark nor aquamark. and you play games and not benchmarks, i would recommand the newest cats.

Hmm i think you have that backwards. I was always told if you don't care about 3dmark then use the Omegas. If all you want to do is benchmark and have decent game quality, use ATI's. Don't know if thats changed but i haven't used ATI's drivers since the 3.6's. I mean its been proven Omegas drivers give more FPS in games and better IQ.
