Forced V-Syn on in Open GL (7.79b2, or other drivers)

This was posted at Rage 3d Forums, in case no one caught it, here it is. Worked for me, and omg the sweetness.

just go regedit, then

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Vi deo\{XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}\0000\OpenGL
]"OGLWaitVerticalSync"=dword:00000002

*note* the xxxxx's represent any folder containing a 0000\OpenGL folder. There may be more than one, change values to 2 in all Open GL folders to the "OGLWaitVerticalSync" file

just change value to 2, instead of what is there

0 = off
1 = preference
2 = forced
