Help With Hl2 & CSS + Radeon 9200 se

I am having problems with my Radeon 9200 se, and hl2/css/anyother game tbh.
I play fine for a while (about 2 mins) then i get a drop to 5-10 fps from 40-50.

It never used to do this, i dont know whats wrong. we had'nt updated the driver just before or anything its just started doing it. any help/updates would be nice, ty.

System Specs

how do other applications run on the system? Also, some more info about your system would be helpful (what OS, processor, etc.)

If it was only in HL2 or other steam games,I would say it might be something to do with the lastest steam patch or something. You might want to install the lastest video drivers after running the DriverCleaner and see if that helps. Also defrag your HD, spyware, antivirus, and all the other basic system optomising things first and see if that fixes it. It sounds like it could be spyware. If not, post back and we can work from there. Welcome to DH.
