CCC will not load on fresh XP install!!!

Please helpe me I'm befuddled. I'm doind a brand new XP install and after I install these f.3 CAT drivers, the CCC will never load. And even if I double click the icon... nothing! What might be going on?

AMD 64 FX-53
Radeon X800 XT Platinum
Asus A8V Deluxe
Gig fast RAM
Audigy 2ZX

have you installed .net framework?

had this problem too, click on restart runtime in the all programs>ati after you do this the ccc should run , or un-install .net 1.1 and try the .net 2.0 beta version this has worked for me

make shure you didn't disable it in msconfig
