Welcome to the forums

Sometimes it's a good idea to type words out instead of using the shortcuts like "eva" and the like (remember, not all forum users are as profficient in English as you think you are ).

In any case, have you used Driver Cleaner to get rid of whatever can be left from 5.4s before going to Omega 4.12s?

Sounds more like a Networking issue than graphic because of that sliding thing when you walk which is usually caused by lag. Have you tried to revert to the pervious Catalyst version?

Actually vavle is beta testing "VAC2" on all systems loaded with steam
ever since that update there has been alot more bugs and on/off weapons
fire lag. Thier net code is strewed... Try playing a sever with only 4 people
and 50 or better ping... But when others join I go from being "GOD LIKE"
"super killer" 35 kills, 5 deaths to like 30/28... All do to lag and valves poor
net code. I always play on severs with 14-75 ping and have a laggy feeling..
I have a faster system 4mb /updown connection 3400+ amd 64, X800XL
256MB PCIe...

Vavle by now hates me I've been reporting alot of game bugs, errors and
exploits to them...

yeah net code does suck ass but it even affect you when playin on ur own against bots specialy sux on azzy in the water my fps drops 2 50 when it use 2 stick around the 99fps marker, i thought i mite of had af & aa forced on in cp but wasnt. checked the steam forums and read a thread about ati fps probs n 2 solve it u changed the driver in counter strike/gldrv 2 the 1 that is in ur system folder... think that mite work? recommed a driver version best suited 2 cs... or should i juss go for ngo driver with there 'special' cs driver ?

Valve REALLY needs to get their stuff together....

Every update seems to bring more harm than good. I just got an ATI AIW X800xt yesterday and source games STILL seem to lag in weird places no matter what settings I'm at...
