Voltage problem?

Hey, i got a serious problem here.
Few months ago, i got a Sappire ATI X600 XT. After a proper installation of the hardware and omega drivers, i started to encounter the following problem:
in games that require very high graphic card requirement (like DOOM3, HL2, Empire Earth2), my system will freeze after a new minute. I checked my voltage by using SISware and it reads this:
CPU Voltage: 1.32V
AUX Voltage: 1.47V
+3.3V: 3.35V
+5.0V: 5.16V
+12V: 11.88V
and the temperature control reads:
board temperature: 45 degrees
CPU temperature: 58 degrees
Power / AUX temperature: 43 degrees
According to my friend, the problem seems to be that my VGA is not getting enough power. But another computer engineer said ATI X600 is not such a power consuming card, so it should not be a problem. Can u guys make any guess?? I would really appreciate it if u guys can solve this problem.
Bellow are the specifications of my PC:
INTEL 3.4GHZ CPU
1GB RAM
ATI X600 XT (SAPPHIRE)
INTEL MOTHERBOARD
Creative Sound Blaster 2.0 Audigy
