Secondary monitor shows black&white (Omega-drivers)

Hey, I've connected my TV to my PC, like this:
PC -> S-Video -> SCART -> TV

I have extended the desktop to the TV, and can run fullscreen movies there. And I have the latest Omega drivers ( 2.6.42) installed.

I find no option where to fix this issue I have - only getting black&white on my TV.
Can you please enlighten me ? Do I have to install another driver?

System Specs

Seen a problem like this through an SCART adaptor (?) a few times over the years here - just make sure the video out in the ATI Contol Panel is set for PAL in Displays Tab-TV.
