Best drivers for Radeon Mobility 6?

I've red a lot of threads were people are asking which are the best drivers for the ati radeon mobility. A lot of official ati drivers don't work with the ati radeon mobility, and the manufacturer of my laptop doesn't supply updated drivers.

I myself use the latest cyborg drivers, which are okay, but i have the feeling that they lack speed. I am curious if there are faster drivers for the radeon moblity m6; please reply if you are using other drivers which are -according to you- faster or better.

Graphics companies aren't allowed to support laptop drivers since they need to be customized by the OEM for hotkeys and the individual LCDs. Hence not many official ATI drivers will work

zarathustra...I don't know why you constantly tell people that their stock drivers are really the only drivers to use for mobility....the companies are just covering their asses since they don't want to deal with the complexity of mobility cards so they just throw it at the pc companies who have no clue how to make drivers....i have a mobility 7500 M7 and the stock drivers are the worst drivers I have ever seen...as of right now I have the omega drivers installed though i'm considering going back to the 2.5's (which you can easily modify to work on mobilities)...but the performance increase as well as stability in games is ridiculous...if you're new to the driver scene i'd just recommend going with omega's since they're a 2.5 release and he made them pretty compatible with most cards

Hey all I'm saying is what my friend's in ATI PR are telling me. I don't have a laptop myself so I don't have much to go on. I didn't say to not use the ATI drivers, I just said not many will work.
