serious display coruption even with reduced dvi and alt. settings enabled?

If im in CS:S or other game and get kicked out via windows key, or itouch key, the desktop is all slashed up and corrupted and looks very nasty, i tried just reduced DVi and alt. and also both together, but nothing helps?
i just reinstalled ati, cleaning everything out
clock is runining @ stock and ran CS:S fine until i went to exit
ideas???

for your corruption problem no, but you can use keytweak (freeware) to change the windows key to something else or just to nothing.

how does your windows look like?

if it does then try reboot and see what happens

mine can look like this from bootup--->windows but a reboot and all runs well again

what causes these problems i don´t know since i never ever OC anything and this is at boot so something is wrong but waht heh no one knows

nope, a LOT more corrupted, next time ill take a pic
but if i go and change screensize / refresh rate itll fix it (anything that totally refreshes the screen)
