TV Out don't work after installing DX9+Catalyst 3 (Radeon9700)

After i installed DX9+Catalyst3 drivers for Radeon9700, TV Out stopped functioning. Control Panel says that cable isn't connected, but it is. After installing older drivers it started to work again. Have you guys noticed similar problems?

My TVOut is working but if I turn on the Theatermodus all Videos play jerky. They start playing but pause every 2,3 seconds. If I turn off the Theatermodus or switch off the TVOut completely everything plays normal. This happens with Mpeg2 and AVI (Divx5) as far as I've tested.
Did a clean install after deinstallation of the old Omega Drivers and cleaning the registry with Regcleaner.
