Again getting faster and back down to 2 processes with the tray Icon active, using less memory it seems, which is great.I guess I will start using the tray Icon again(the CCC is VERY fast launching from it)

I give it a 10. The best CCC yet.

VERY responsive and almost instantly loads. Only uses 6mb of memory when idle and about 60mb when loaded.

If you have been put off in the past about using CCC, give it another go, you wont be disapointed.

9/10.... great version this time round,a decent speed inncrease to gain access to the options..

Only thing stopping me going 10/10 is nothing deserves max points IMO.

For me its not CCC as per say .net just messes up my rig.
Very unstable and it goes away when I uninstall .net.
Just cant use it.

First time I'm trying CCC and I quite like it! It has much more options over the Cotrol Panel and very simple to use... The only downside for me is when I'm playing around with my 3D Settings and when I'm opening the program itself, it's a bit slow...Now everything is set and I disabled all the start up process, so it doesn't take any RAM usage. 8/10!

Another downside, however this isn't the ATi fault... Since I've installed Net Framework, when I start up my computer it always ask my to choose my Windows User, that said, I only have 1 user.... Is there a way to disable this?

Thanks & DH & ATI Rock!!1!!11!1!!1111

just delete the .net user in ur users list. Its a limited access account created when the framework is installed

I voted 10 because it loads up considerably faster than the 5.7 for me. One question for everyone though, Do you find the FSAA looks better with CP than with CCC?

Will NOT install properly on my system, dont know whats up, reboots galore and driver cleaner dont help, CLI.exe does not want to install
might try later - bad d/l maybe (riiiiiiight and the boogey man is in my closet)
Drivers good though, using it @ 5.7 CP, CP's a little confused but it works

5/10 from me since 5.8 appears working flawless as usual. CCC seems to load a second (or so) faster but not really worth to mention. CLI takes 3.8/22.8MB which is a slight improvement.

It sounds like your missing and update in your .NET as post SP2 and the 1.1 Service Pack the account is no longer created

Very good i find this ccc as before i wouldnt use it because of the extra processes it would put in your task manager but as is stated above only one cli process in task manager now so it seems to be improving and loading that bit faster although at times when coming out of games i find it gets slightly unresponsive when selecting around the ccc menus so i gave it 8/10...still may go back to the old control panel for this release though but deffo improving in different aspects the ccc is!:-)

Much better than previous releases! I gave it a 9/10 because the VM usage is still pretty high, but the physical memory usage is very low. The control center itself is very responsive, and quick. These are a great set of cat's

Friends often ask me why I always prefer ATI over the competition - with this kind of development, with the customers gaining all the time is a simple enough answer

Oh - and I am still laughing at all the poor 6xxx users who still can't get EQ2 to run well... should have bought that radeon chaps......
