Thumbs Up! [Mini guide] Proper Catalyst removal/update

Since I've seen so many questions and errors/problem regarding inproper removal and installation of newer drivers, I've decided to make this mini guide with detailed instructions to clear things up.

So, you just found out that newer drivers are out and you want to make a quick upgrade. First of all never, and I mean NEVER install drivers above any previous ones, it just makes things worse and in some cases even f#cks up your rig.

So, the first step is getting the right things...

1. Your prefered driver
2. Driver Cleaner Pro

Well, that's just everything you need, really...

Now navigate through Start Menu to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, and remove everything in the following order (don't reboot after uninstall of individual software!): ATI Display Driver, Catalyst Control Center/Control Panel (depends what you're using), ATI Uninstall Utility.
If you are using Omega drivers or any other third party modded stuff, remove everything included (but always after removing the ATI Display Driver first and don't reboot before you uninstall everything!).
A good idea would be navigating to additional particular driver directories and deleting them as well (e.g. C:\Program Files\Radeon Omega Drivers\*.* or C:\Ati\*.*).
After all this is done, reboot your computer and press F8 while the rig is still booting - start Windows in Safe Mode.
Run the Driver Cleaner Pro and clean (above all registry entries and backup directories, if you haven't removed them before) everything you had installed (e.g. ATI = Display Driver, ATI CCC = Catalyst Control Center).
If you're not sure, what you had, just put a tick at Select multiple cleaning filters and add everything that has an ATI prefix in it. :P
You can clean your CABs while you're at it -> in Driver Cleaner Pro hit Tools/Cab cleaner and cean the CABs.
Reboot!
Boot the rig as always, install your prefered drivers, reboot after installation complete, wait while the driver initializes - et voila, you're all done, it should work like a charm!
