Where is PCI Latency Tool in ZP Drivers?

When I installed the ZP drivers I checked to install the PCI tool, but I have no idea where it went. I checked my display adapter latency and it was set at 64 (I thought I had it set at 128 w/ ATI tray tools before i installed the ZP Drivers). I was wondering if they just make the changes automatically or actually install the program somewhere?
