"Cannot load low level driver" after uninstalling Omega Drivers?
I tried Omega Ati Radeon drivers for a while, but then decided to uninstall them through add/remove programs menu. Everything went ok until the pc booted up, and this error has haunted me since. How to get rid of it?

it sounds like a problem with ati tray tools, you could either uninstall it, or select reinstall low level driver from its start menu shortcut

Yes, the small red A-logo remains in system tray after uninstall, but I cannot use it. When I move mouse over it, the logo disappears so I cant really do anything with it. Add/Rem. Programs has nothing that could be associated with that tray icon. |

This is the same problem we had after uninstalling the previous Omega drivers. Just to go the C:\Program Files and look for the folder where Omega's drivers were installed. Look for a subfolder for the ATT Tool Tray. Delete that folder and you're all set.

Before uninstalling Omega its better to go to General Settings of ATI Tray Tools and uncheck "Load with Windows" option.

This error really freaked me out because I removed Omegas and installed new Drivers that were supplied with a new GFX card and I was still getting the same error so I thought I pooched windows some how anyways guys all you have to do to get rid of the error is to uncheck it in msconfig. This prevents the error. this is a quick fix. hope that helps.
