No there are reasons for everything and MS's WHQL has it's
purpose and place.. No matter what nvidia ites say, one of the
very few companies who don't take whql seriouly. I guess $20
is a bit expensive  for them...
but do you realise your asking for more buggy and possably lower
quailty drivers, less stable? AS they have not yet been tested, and
polished?as you used to the officals. The responceabilty of doing
testing and submiting feed back / issues... to even begain to make
it worth thier time...
Once you get it, magoitry of you won't want it becouse you'll
begain to realise what you asked for.

Why should it be a buggy/less stable release? Because they are making drivers with versionnumbers, and the lastest versionnumber should also have the tweaks/bug fixes of the previous releases. Im also looking back to the 4.12 Beta, which was much more stable and faster then the final 4.12's...
