60Hrtz at startup

When rebooting my PC, my monitor will put itself back in 60Hrtz and sayz its on 85Hrtz. I have to apply 75Hrtz and then apply 85Hrtz and it will stay untill i reboot my machine!

I've tried uninstalling monitor drivers comepltly and reinstalling my monitor drivers via CD. After i install ATI drivers and install my monitor drivers it reboots normal, back into 85Hrtz but when i reboot again it will then go to 60Hrtz!!!! Its really anoying.

any help?

Did you set the property via the CCC or Windows display properties?
