Strange squares

Hello everybody. I have a problem with my Radeon 9500 ( i know it's an old card ) and Omega Drivers 2671. When i'm playing some games (CSS, WoW) i see strange squares on some textures. I can't explain it more precisely but it happens only with Omega Drivers, when i'm installing Catalysts everything is all right.

It looks like that:

What should i do?

card is artifacting pretty bad. if it's a driver problem, install the official cat 5.9s, and if it still happens, go back to the last set of drivers. if it still happens, then RMA/replace the card

he said that it only happens with the omega drivers...normal ones are fine. Are you softmodding the card with the softmod utility in omega's drivers, or just installing the default driver?

maybe its the fastwrites option, dont 9600 need those?? and 9550 is pretty close to same thing?

EDIT....ooops 9500, all the same though, worth a shot? if you installed the omegas, and have fast writes off, you should also turn them of in the bios if u can, if u have regular CATs or omegas with FW on, then obviously it should be on in the bios.
