ATI Driver problems

Ok my vid card used to work fine before i reformatted and now i installed the drivers and i get this

"ATI Control Panel failed to initialize because no ATI driver is installed or isn't working properly." -ERROR when i boot up. i am getting this no matter what i try to do

I have tried everything from uninstalling and d/l the right MS software to use ATI control center and nothing works...

One thing i think i did wrong was when i started the new windows i installed using the windows wizard because i forgot it i wasnt sposed to do that. but i cant seem to fix this..

the monitor is just blank when i hook the vid card up.

Card Ati 9250 pci card

Can someone help me out. someone has to know how to fix this.

boot in safemode by pressing and holding F8 when is sats starting windows.
uninstall video the drivers and CP, reboot, wait untill everything loaded up,
install the drivers and CP, reboot

should fix you up...

Make sure you have .net 1.1 sp1 , or .net 2.0 beta 2 (reccomended)
Make sure you have your chise drivers installed
