So I've recently started cranking up my anisotropic filtering to 128 with the Rage3d tweaker. For whatever reason, whenever I try to set my aniso to 128 in Serious Sam SE to take advantage of this, SS:SE switches back to 16 as soon as I leave the advanced rendering options menu. I have aniso forced at 16 in my OpenGL tab, but I have the tab disabled with the tweaker. Are the OpenGL tab settings overwriting my tweaker settings, or is this a problem with SS:SE? Any help would be appreciated.

I asked the same question on Rage3d, and from what Ichy says it sounds like SS:SE is overwriting the tweaker's extended AF setting. Does anyone know of an easy way to modify SS:SE so that it doesn't do this?
