??? Counter Strike:Source looks crazy on Omega Drivers

Just a few hours ago I downloaded the Omega drivers for Ati cards. I've uninstalled the original Catalist drivers, and Driver Clean'd them. I installed Omega whilst in safe mode, and it finished without a hitch. So, I tested the new drivers with Counter-Strike: Source. I was amazed by 110 frames per second on an Ati Radeon 9200, but not so amazed at this: http://img217.imageshack.us/my.php?i...st200123wo.jpg

So I looked at options>video. Shadows were set to low. Usually, they are on high, so I changed it to high. Then, when I went to restart my server on de_dust2, and it got stuck loading the final notch. It would just flash the last notch really fast, and it never loaded. I opened the task manager, and it said Counter-Strike was running. I couldn't close CS, so I ended the hl2 task.

Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

did you really install omegas when you were in safe mode?????you had it going on until that point.do the steps again and wait until you boot into windows normally to install any drivers.later

Yea, I forgot to add that it didn't install correctly in safe mode, so I reinstalled it after a regular reboot.

And this is only happening on CS:S. On Half Life 2 I have everything on high and resolution is at 960x720. I get an average framerate of about 20-30 during action. It looks beautiful(sp?), and there are no graphical errors. So if it's not the engine, it's either the driver or the game.

i really dont know then, the only thing you can do is either uninstall and reinstall the drivers again to see if that helps.or just go back to whatever drivers worked for you before.i dont know much about that card, but if it is a 9200 getting 110fps in css source then i assume its a mobillity card.and that i really know nothing about.someone will help today that better informed than i am,good luck
