Cannot access CCC in 5.12

OK I cannot get the latest CCC to work on my system. 5.11 worked properly though

P4 630 (3.0GHz)
Radeon X800 XL 256MB
CATALYST 5.12
.NET Framework 2.0 (x64)

As I said 5.11 CCC worked without me install the 1.1 framework. I would much prefer to NOT have to install two .NET frameworks on my system as it would just be extra overhead.

you need .net 1.1

Well why did they revert the code? 5.11 worked perfectly without 1.1.
