System errors - need help

Got a problem thats kicking my butt. The system has only been together a little over a week, and I saw no problems the first 4 or 5 days. I have tested the drive and ram without any results. That being said...

System is a
Jetway V600DAP board
AMD Barton 2800+
Radeon 9550 256
1 gig Ram (1X512 333 + 1X256 333 + 1x256 400, all running at 266)
Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS
60 gig 133 IDE

The system first of all reads the 2800+ at a 2200, 1.6 gig. If you change the clock , the highest it can clock to is a 2800, and when done the memory must be ran at 266. So it was either a 500mghz slower processor, or dropping 333 speed ram for 266. I chose the latter.

The problem only occurs in games. Eve, NFSMW, etc. it also does not only happen in full screen 3d mode, will do it on windowed games. The game window simply disappears. No crashing, no lag, not a thing, just instantly no more game without a peep from the ever-so-loud HDD.

Since It started I've begun getting blue screens every once in awhile as well... the majority of the time they cant be read because they are garbled, followed by a very quick restart. I only saw the window one time, and it mentioned a windows32k.sys error.

I checked my system logs and found these:

Under application I get these roughly 2-3 times back to back per hour:

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 7.

The last number varies between a 6 and 7.

Under system there is one of these also roughly every hour:

ati2mtag CPLIB :: Open Session - Failed to load the library

These are the only two errors I'm finding anywhere. I have reinstalled every peice of hardware on the computer... with no luck. It has never errored out or dropped a window outside of game, so I thought I'd check the forums for the video drivers I use. Anyone have any ideas?

A fair number of poor-quality motherboards don't support all three RAM slots being used unless you're using exactly the same type of memory in all of them, and some of them want the memory to be registered for extra buffering, since the MB itself doesn't buffer the three slots adequately.

Updating your MB BIOS to the latest and greatest version may help compatibility some, but you're probably better off only using two DIMMs and running 768MB @ 333FSB, rather than 1GB @ 266FSB. You might even think about getting a new 1GB DIMM and selling your older memory.

You should run memtest86.com's checker and see whether it goes without errors overnight. You're probably getting random crashes because your RAM config isn't working 100% reliably.
