enable crossfire through registry??
hi there, my question is, is there another program (or is there going to be) that can enable crossfire? reason being, ccc does not start for me. i get an error along the lines of "you do not have permission to change ccc control settings contact admin blah blah blah" tried going through regedit and manually setting permissions, fresh install, fresh windows install and it still does it. i submitted a ticket to ati but all they could give me was a generic bs answer. so im really bummed out after shelling out all this money. so im hoping someone can help me out. mabe there is another prog like tray tools that can enable it? or possibly through registry?
edit: i have also tried followig the guides in this forum still no avail Last edited by einCe; Jan 12, 2006 at 03:55 AM. |

easy fix for that format and reinstall windows as you have a registry
problems with the permisions set to certain keys in you registry... you could fix in regedit but you have to find all the keys, there is a whole buch and Thier not like listed any where so it shots in the dark...Amother couse is if you disabled some REQUIRED windows services
