Help??

I need some help here. I have an x800xt pe with omega drivers and i have set up and tweaked everything just right only..... i cannot get over 70 fps it looks as if there is a frame limiter on my card wtf is going on any ideas?? Below is my setup

3.4 P4
2 Gigs RAM
x800xt PE
2 x 36 GB 10,000 RPM Raptor (Striped in RAID 0)

I know I can have much better than 70 FPS in max details in say CS: Source.... but why limited? In source it is set to fps_max = 200 so that is not the problem... Ideas?

sounds like you have VSync enabled and a refresh rate of 70Hz. Try turnign VSync off, and see if that helps.
