exclamation Video and Audio Issues

I installed the lastest Radeon Omega Drivers 3.8.205. It worked well on games, but I couldn't play any videos. The video player showed a message box said there were problems with overplays and videos. Then I unistalled the driver and installed the older version, but it is still not working now. I have even reinstalled DirectX. There is no effect on it.
Can anyone tell me what is going on? (my graphic card is Moblity Radeon 9600)
