FFXI Windows Radeon Graphics Card Problems

Hello, ive been having some problems with my ATI Radeon 8500 card. When i ever i log into ffxi it will only allow me to walk around in my Moggle House and not n/ewhere else, but when it does let me walk around n/ewhere else it is only after i re install all of pol and ffxi again. Ive been told several times to jus give up and buy a new graphics card but i really want to ty everything there is to try and make it possible that i do not have to buy a new card. Please please help me out. Thank you
