Problems with new ATi Drivers

Ever since I installed these new drivers from both the catalist and also the omega drivers. What happens is my game feels like it locks up for a few seconds and then is alright. I have never had this problem before and believe it is due to these new drivers. Does anyone have the older omega drivers or can tell me where to get them?

CS 1.6

I reinstalled the 5.12 catalyst drivers and it fixed the problems. ATi is retarded.
