Problems with the New Omega Drivers for a Notebook

I am new to the omega drivers and had just installed them on my hp Pavilion ze4400 notebook since ATI does not release new drivers for notebooks. The drivers appear to functioning in some regards as I am able to open some games, including the Star Wars Empire at War demo. However I am not able to open some of my other games, like World at War, and they tend to freeze on the opening video to the game. I also get a blue windows STOP screen if I try to open the ATI trays tool or the Multires program. I am not sure what the problem is, but I would like to get the drivers to work since my old drivers are from May of 2004. I would appreciate any assistance.

First thing I would try is the Driverheaven Mobility Modding Tool
