In our attempt to overclock the modules, we found out that the modules couldn’t retain their stock timings of 4-4-4-12 up to 1000MHz even when applying a voltage higher than 2.1V. However lowering the timings at 5-5-5-15 allowed the modules to operate at 1000MHz with only 1.9V. The low operating voltage at stock speeds had us believe that there was a considerable overclocking headroom, but it’s a shame that the modules couldn’t retain their stock 4-4-4-12 timings at speeds above 920MHz. Overclocking the modules over 1000MHz was possible, but the voltage had to be increased considerably for meager increases to their speed.
