Kingston have released a few pictures of some new memory modules designed for water cooled systems which are sure to make it onto the list of many discerning enthusiasts in 2010. The new DDR3 memory which is going to be released under the Hyper X brand name features barbs for hooking up to a liquid cooling loop along the top of the heatspreader.
These modules will be ideal for the high end overclocking audience or for those talented modders who have a smaller chassis and limited airflow with high performing components. We would expect Kingston to discuss these modules and showcase them at CES in a few weeks time.
Specifications on the memory are very limited right now, so timings and possible frequencies remain guesswork, but when we get more information you will be the first to hear.
