Not long after having a road named after her in Derby, Lara Croft is back in the headlines again with Crystal Dynamics announcing the new Tomb Raider game will be out this Summer on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light will be a downloadable stand alone game costing about $15 or 1200 Microsoft Points. The budget nature of the game shouldn’t put people off though as it promises to be a new take on the series, rather than a budget clone.
The game will feature co-op play and the game is in a unique environment. Crystal Dynamics have put a lot of work in to produce a new game and are hoping that they will be able to continue work in the franchise, taking it in new and exciting directions.
