CNN interview Jen-Hsun Huang, CEO and founder of NVIDIA over the disputes they have with Intel.
The leader of NVIDIA talks about the two disputes NVIDIA have ongoing with Intel concerning their lack of a chipset license for Intel motherboards and the bundling tactics in the netbook market which NVIDIA claim would be of interest for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Intel has previously settled out of court with AMD after the EU fined Intel over $1.45 billion.
Jen Hsun Huang however is in no mood to settle currently and cannot wait for his companies day in court against the behemoth that is Intel.
“No reason to settle earlier [with Intel].. we both are large companies and both have plenty of financial and legal resources.. we would really like to have the judge and the court be able to take a look at the situation and decide what is right.”
