We have looked at Skyrim a number of times recently on current generation cards and to say that multi-GPU scaling is temperamental is an understatement. On the plus side the single cards work flawlessly in this game and when we move to 5760×1080 they are still completely smooth with the GTX 680 SLI system offering the best performance of the four setup’s.
