Watch our video review of Crysis 3 here.

We start the real world testing for this review with Crysis 3 and at 1920×1080 we see that there is a decent gap between this overclocked 770 and the 7970 GHZ OC with EVGA averaging around 7fps more. At 5760×1080 the gap does close, and AMD do offer slightly higher minimum fps however the average and max stats go in favour of the 770.

Here are examples of how the game looks at our tested settings.

  1. I won’t go into too much technical detail, but the GTX 770 is essentially a repackaged GTX680. As a layman that may sound like a bad thing, but it’s actually a good thing, since you are paying over one hundred less dollars to buy the 770
