Putty Squad is making a comeback.

Putty Squad is making a comeback.

Indie games publisher System 3 have released a launch trailer for the highly anticipated return of Putty Squad, which will be playable from November 29th  on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.

The trailer shows you the re-imaging of the 90’s classic and is voiced by Brian Blessed known for titles including Star Wars: Episode 1, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Tarzan.

The title now boasts HD graphics, a re-mastered soundtrack and brand new features, such as challenge mode and the sticker book.

“Putty Squad has been a long time coming, but starting November 29th, as a PlayStation 4 launch title, we are overjoyed to be able to bring fans of gaming a unique and charming experience,” said Mark Cale, CEO of System 3.

Putty Squad aims to reinforce the values that made British developed games so popular in the 90’s. Hopefully the overhauled graphics, finely tuned gameplay and free downloadable additional levels for an entire year will do just that.

Armed with Putty that you can punch, inflate, stretch, morph and absorb, how many levels will you be able to complete?

Games Features:

  • One of retro gaming’s most-loved heroes returns in the original, critically acclaimed platform-adventure.
  • An entire year of free downloadable content.
  • All new challenge mode.
  • Online leader boards to compare with your friends.

Putty Squad is available as a launch title for PlayStation 4 from November 29th 2013 and shortly thereafter for  PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Windows 8, Steam, Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS.
