6600 XT: Sapphire unveils its Pulse and Nitro+ models

In the world of graphics cards, we have Sapphire which announces its RX 6600 XT. In the program, we find the Nitro+ and Pulse versions with one model displaying higher frequencies than the other… Even if we know which card is the more overclocked of the two!

6600 XT: the Pulse and Nitro+ versions from Sapphire!

Sapphire RX 6600 XT Nitro+

The Nitro+ model, the high-end version!

In the program, we are dealing with two relatively similar graphics cards. Indeed, these two models have a Dual-X heatsink topped by two mills. Unfortunately, the brand does not specify what are the differences between these two models except the look. Well, besides that, we have a nice backplate on both models and a little bit of RGB on the Nitro+ version.

Nevertheless, we will find a factory overclocking more advanced on the Nitro+ model. The latter displays a boost that can go up to 2607 MHz against 2593 MHz for the Pulse version. Note that the OC on the Pulse is barely higher than the 2589 MHz of the AMD reference model.

Whatever the model, the video outputs remain the same: one HDMI and three DisplayPorts 1.4.

The Pulse version!

As for prices, we already find these models in stock at LDLC at ~550€ for the Nitro+ against ~500€ for the Pulse. At Top Achat, it’s already more reasonable, count respectively ~540€ and ~490€… Well, for a card dedicated to 1080p gaming, it’s a bit of a pain in the ass… Wallet, it hurts the wallet.

Here and there the technical data sheets of Sapphire!
