An RTX 3090Ti in the pipeline?

An RTX 3090Ti in the pipeline?

So let’s not panic, we are at the very beginning of a story and for the moment we can just call this information a nascent rumor: Is there an RTX 3090Ti? It all starts with Zotac’s overclocking tool, FireStorm, in which, by digging around, a Japanese twitto was able to find GPUs that are not yet here (but which we clearly know are coming), namely the famous GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti . But continuing to search, there is also another GPU listed. The “resources” directory of the software, which contains nothing but images used by the software to display the GPU logo. All the RTX 30 Ti logos were created at the same time, on April 21st… In this file we find a new high-end model that would be called GeForce RTX 3090 Ti. RTX 3090Ti So be careful because very quickly, Zotac has deleted from the data of its tools the famous cards including this 3090Ti. It is quite possible that this last one is a speculation of a team member or a simple mistake. At this moment, no one has yet mentioned the existence of a 3090Ti. Remember that the GPU of the RTX 3090 has 10496 CUDAcores , while its full graphics chip, the GA102, allows a maximum of 10752 CUDA cores with 336 TMU (against 328), 112 ROP, 336 Tensor cores (against 328) and 84 RT cores (against 82). If there really is a GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, to make a difference, it will have to offer the full capabilities of the GA102. So not yet enough to qualify this track as serious… But we’ll keep an eye on it all the same. Last minute, our Russian source got his hands on a prototype of the card 😉 3090Ti leak russia
