C700 Glass: an Aorus signature case with a futuristic look!

This morning, direction Gigabyte and its brand Aorus where we discover a new case. The model in question is none other than the C700 Glass, an imposing new model. Moreover, it will not go unnoticed with its clearly futuristic design!

With this new model, the brand offers an imposing case in a large tower format. In terms of dimensions, this translates into : 301 (W) x 671 (D) x 714 (H) mm. The weight is not to be outdone either: 19.2 kg. Clearly, with a model like this, you will quickly eliminate all the scrapers that you have ingested during the winter!

Inside, as you can see, there’s plenty of room. Thus, you will find enough room to install motherboards in E-ATX format and smaller. The graphic card will benefit from 49 cm in length and the ventirad will be 19.8 cm high. Finally, the power supply will be 20 cm deep.

The storage part is not to be outdone either. This model offers four slots for 3.5″ hard disks via two cages with two baskets. These baskets are also compatible with 2.5″ units. Otherwise, six 2.5″ slots are available.

For cooling, up to eight 120 mm fans can be installed: three at the front, three at the top and two at the rear. It’s much the same for the 140 mm mills, just that at the back, we’ll be satisfied with one single location. As far as watercooling is concerned, this translates into a 360 mm model support at the front and 420 mm at the rear.

We will end up with the control panel of the box, which turns out to be as supplied as an Airbus A380 cockpit. The C700 Glass thus offers four USB 3.0 Type A ports, one USB Type C and an HDMI output. But that’s not all, as there are two buttons for lighting management and two for ventilation management. All this in addition to the power and reset buttons and 3.5″ jack sockets.

Price and availability?

Unfortunately, this is where the problem lies, as Gigabyte has obviously not yet communicated the selling price. The same goes for availability, which is still confidential.
