I think driver is also working with Server versions of Windows. Ofc you have to enable audio service.
Except I have issue with my Recording Mixer. If I record through it, my voice is robotic and slowed down.

Here is what I found on internet:
For ProFx311_51.kxl I had to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) and the error went away and plugin started working....
I just tried to upgrade my ProFx311_51.kxl to ProFx_312.kxl.
When I "Register Effects" in KXDSP, I still get "Error: Invalid plugin library".
ProFx is only 32bit. You have to use the kxmixer.exe from Program Files (x86) folder to register and use this plugin.

I think I can't select .inf file - only folder. I've got Audigy 2 ZS Platinum. Gameport should be the same. Is your windows x64?
I was trying with Device Manager only. But later I used ctzap to remove the driver, which removed kxdriver. Doh!
