I have vision tek geforce 4ti4600 128mb ram, what aperture agp size should be setup in bios, system memory is 640mb ram.
Should i set 128mb agp aperture size less or more like 256?

Set it to 256MB -- it allows the AGP bus to to address the 128MB of your video card and 128MB of system RAM.

I will have to benchmark using different aperature settings, 'cause I'm not convinced that setting affects much...

FRom what ive read so far it will effect a smaller card in memory(8-16-32 mb)
and not a monster like yours.
Also another thing i saw was to set it at twice your video memory(not confirmed)

In any case i suggest you start from 64mb and move up but benchmark BEFORE every setting.(also enable shadow).
