CPUCooL is a program that monitors temperature, fan speed, and voltages for many motherboards. It works with all chipsets from Intel, ALI, VIA, AMD, and SIS 5595 motherboards.

    Bugs

One problem I noticed with it on my system is periodically my voltages will drop below alarm limits. They go right back up though. Is this a common problem?

well if its not just happening on this tool and you are sure you have configured the tools with the right bios for your mobo etc... sounds like your PSU isnt coping with the demand your system is making on it ... whats your PSU and rig etc?
