It's been years since I had a cold, but whatever.
I have at least three to four colds and one flu minimum a year.
Eat better, have yourself vaccinated every year and have multivitamin supplements.
Multivitamins are overrated. Eating better/healthier means your body gets all the nutrients it needs from real food. But supplements are good for lazy people -- like me
Haha, you think you're lazy? I'm the king of all that's lazy.
And I grew up taking multivitamins, why I stopped in my adulthood I don't know.
They are not overrated. They work. If they didn't work they would be overrated.

I do belive in herbs and natural supplements though, but not vitamins which you can get enough of from normal food.
My parents took supplements, yes that's right, supplements. There was even this detox thing they took every 3 months or so.
It's been several days (a couple of weeks?) since I last had them. I was ill and didn't want to have any weird combination in me.
I had my "first" capsule earlier this morning. (it's a bit after noon right now).
I completely forgot I had it as I am playing a game (WoT) for a couple of hours since then. I wasn't thinking about it, etc. As I was playing, and not playing that great if I may say so, I found myself making jokes (about the game) and feeling overall pretty damn good. I then remembered I had a capsule earlier.
As I am typing this I am smiling.
Yeah, this thing works for me just fine.
I drink an Orange Juice every morning, and I take a Multivitamin for Men every single day. I've never had a flu shot and never intend to do so.
I do have seasonal allergies and am probably a bit allergic to the four cats we have here. It's been quite some time since I had a fever. However, I did just come off some head congestion...which is most likely due to some extreme weather changes we've had here and my allergies related to that.

Hey, Jeff! You ol' codger, you! Where you been?
He likes to pop up every now and again lol.
Hmm, it looks like I lost 4 kilos in about a week.
I am not only having the supplements, I am also going on a low carb "diet".
I've lost 7 kilos in two weeks from a very low carb diet. It really does work.
I lost a bunch of weight playing Pokemon Go. It really does work.
Go to bed.
But but, it's only 10 to 9.
FTR, I just quit a job at Pizza Hut where, this coming April, I first started in 2004. In the nearly 13 years since, I don't recall having ever called out sick. I've had to take off for other reasons...car broke down - which, when possible, I would rent one to use - or just routine appointments that needed to be kept. I've never had a flu or pneumonia vaccine, either. I simply do what I stated above and try to eat healthy food...and get enough rest. Many people guess my age at being 10-15 years younger than my actual age.
