My very first run after installing the I7 950 on a MSI X58A-GD45 motherboard with only 2 of the 3 RAM modules being seen by Windows 7 x64. This is with the latest AMD 11.1a Hotfix drivers on my XFX HD 6870. Everything at this point is purely Default settings:
Crazy good times!
SLI Mode: Result P4562
A little more OC'ing on the CPU and GPU and a boost in the score, too.....
Some pretty low numbers coming from pretty hench systems here. I'm kinda glad my PC isn't compatible
New drivers still not FM approved and it can't read core clock and memory clocks properly. :hmm:
<<<< Rig in Specs
P5852 -- Single GPU (GTX 580) and OC'd i7 (980X @ 4.1ghz).
5036 Single GPU 6950 900/5600
Easily taking single card win in the thread so far and slapping quite a few SLI/CF rigs, grats
P6754 - GTX 470 SLI, Stock i5-750 (Which doesn't get detected properly)
When I receive the replacement 580 in I'm going to be OC'ing to 4.4ghz on the 980X and to (hopefully) 950 on the 580. That should bump it up quite a bit
And thanks blibb. It's fun getting 200fps in SCII on ultra xD
Using the 11.4 Preview drivers and nothing more... Got a nice little boost in performance and score:
3095 with the rig in my specs + a 6850
About on par with Mig's quad core + single GTX460 rig, which is pretty pleasing imo.
P9816 w/ 2600k, 8GB Kingston Value, and HD6950 crossfire.
Impressive stuff - what speed is that 2600k running at?
CPU was @ 4.8GHz. Videocards are unlocked and kept @ 975/1250.
I reset everything and left on one monitor: P8615
